All this talk about 2016 makes me think about how Golden Queen became from implied canon, canon that year and how the old GQers collectively lost our shit (because it was literally a wish come true for us) and the new GQers also became obsessed alongside with us through 6A (no matter how flawed it was in the end or how much the Ouat fandom overall was insufferable AF).
I want to thank all the GQers I've ever talked to, no matter if they're still active and we kiki or if they're somewhere out there doing something else. I have the fondest memories from my interactions with them, and it was genuinely nice to know people who shipped the babies as strongly as I did. There's literally nothing better than discussing headcanons or co-writing fanfic or just getting it when others don't.
