But Not for Long 26 Apr-2 May
So I carefully walked up to the first person I saw a and said, "Hello. My name is Frank. I was wondering if you could..."
"Witch!"
"Witch! Witch! Witch!" They all began to shout.
"No, no, no," I tried to tell them. "I assure you I am not a witch." Surprisingly, that didn't do the job.
"Now what, Frank?" she asked. "Run away?"
I let out a long sigh. "Yes. Run away."
Kink lifted me up into her arms and flew away as we heard the townspeople behind us shouting, "witch" at us.
"Now what?" she asked.
"We keep looking. We haven't found them yet have we? So we have no other choice."
"So how many of these are we going to have to do before you give up on them?"
"I'm not going to give up," I told her. "We don't have a choice, Kink. Without Akaal we can't get out of here. It's as simple as that."
The next place we stopped didn't seem to mind us as much. We were able to find a restaurant to get something to eat. No one screamed at us. No one tried to attack us. No one called us a witch. No one tried to dunk us in boiling water. It was great. It didn't get us any closer to G'Fon and Akaal, but it gave us some relief. It had been a stressful couple of... well, it had been stressful for quite some time. It was good to have a little break.

Grayson & Stefan || Grabbing A Bite
Sitting down at The Grill, Grayson Gilbert couldn't stop thinking about how much he wanted the week to be over. It had been a stressful haze of homework projects and somehow he survived without getting in another fight. Too many people (people he never even talked to) had seemed particularly interested in his personal life, and it was putting him on edge. He needed an escape. All he could think about was getting out of town for a bit. It'd be nice to not worry about small town gossip for a few days. Grayson thanked the waitress as she dropped off his dinner, but sat staring at his food for a few minutes.
Hearing a familiar voice, Grayson looked around The Grill and waved Stefan over to sit with him. It didn't look like Stefan came with anyone either. "Hey..." He greeted. "Nothing to eat at your house, too?"
Grabbing a Bite || Quinn & Michelle
Quinn stretched his arms out as he yawned loudly before jumping up from the couch. Grabbing the remote he turned off the movie he’d left playing. Shutting his laptop he grabbed a shirt from on the couch and slipped it on before putting his arms through his leather jacket. He had a grin set firmly on his face as he grabbed his wallet and keys. Exiting the old apartment he stuffed his feet into a pair of shoes on the way out.
Five minutes later he stood outside the small diner he’d told Michelle to meet him. It held some of the best food he’d ever tasted and wouldn’t cost him a dime ‘cause his mate owned the place. Leaning against a wall he waited for her to arrive.
Grabbing a bite || James&Ari
Ari was waiting semi-patiently for James to come around with the car. She should really start working on her licence but her constant laziness was getting in the way. That and a now 2 foot high pile of chem and bio homework resting on her desk. How did she manage having so much work to do when being at the school for barely more then a week will always be a wonder.
Well the good side to not having a car is that you can hitch a ride. And that's a great excuse to spend time with people.Which is why she was impatient to see James again. That and he promised her food. What was not to look forward to ?
