🍕 Grace really loves Piri Piri Chicken. Eli will eat mostly anything, but he very much enjoys baked beans.

🎹 They try to have hobbies. Most of their hobbies are not suited for their physical conditions and they are usually stopped by parents (e.g. white water rafting, kayaking, paragliding). Besides that, Eli enjoys writing, and Grace is on the student council and in choir.

🍩 Nobody specific. Usually anyone who looks their way wrong. They won't do anything, per say, but you will definitely feel something heavy hanging over your shoulder until you have a positive interaction with them or they decide you're not worth their time.

I forgot how much I hate making digital art, but I wanted to redo the family portrait so bad. I’m going to finish the second chapter and start on the next chapter this week.

I did have to adjust the timeline a little bit because I wanted Madison to be born at least six years before Billy killed Grace. I made a rough timeline with all of the more important events. Billy does get adopted a lot earlier because I wanted to try to dabble in him forming a relationship with Martin and Mrs. Wade.

Billy was born in 1960, followed by Madison four years later in 1964.

Billy pushed Grace down the stairs Halloween night of 1970 after she started a fight over him and Madison making too much noise. Two years later in 1972, he was adopted by the Wades and was given a new name.

John spent four years with the Wades until Mrs. Wade was killed by her husband while he was drunk, and on Christmas night 1976 John snapped and murdered Mr. Wade.

The rest of the timeline is pretty much identical to the game after that, other than John actually reconnecting with Madison in 1982 before the fire. He still burns though. I don’t like happy endings, they’re overrated.

I did change some stuff cause I really love writing psychological horrors and I want to explore writing family dynamics. This is also the reason I made a redesign of John a long time ago because I had this idea after reading one of my favorite books to incorporate into the story and I’m so excited to write it.

There’s so much about this AU I’m excited to explore and to share, now that I’m done with finals, I’m probably gonna start posting more drawings and characters.
