the shepherd doesnt have a confirmed gender/pronouns similar to the sinner, so ill be using they/them for this post

grace shepherd headcanons:

- kinda old, like 50 minimum

- has gone through all of the different modes (grace, zen, reprieve, mayhem, woed), and has been there for so long that theyre absolutely CRACKED at all of them

- like would never brag about it but if they were on leaderboards theyd be at the top of every single one always somehow

- does greedrooms at least 4 times minimum every timer when going through standard grace alone

- spends most of their free time in zen, has tainted it once decades ago and still struggles to fully forgive themself for it

- helps guide people who end up in the lobby for the first time, often going into grace alongside newbies to teach them and help them feel less alone/scared

- at some point may have even been granted an opportunity to ascend to heaven or something similar, but declined in order to atone further and continue to help guide the lost through grace and preach Love

- despite being despised by sin, they feel no hatred toward sin and all of its counterparts, they just see sin as something supremely lost and desperate, but still alive and suffering

- became friends with h. skel over a period of years by writing notes back and forth

- is now at the point where they can consistently fell each domain with practically perfect efficiency (cross rank) even at maximum severity, and is often the first to do so when a new domain forms

- keeps and takes care of a single flower from nede as a physical reminder to always spread truth and Love whenever they can

- their shepherd's crook acts as a multitool, the hook is imbued with god's light letting it functionally flash entities by swinging it, and its bottom opens into an umbrella at the bottom end to protect others (especially people new to grace) from sorrow

ill probably think of more i just really like this character and how we can actually talk to them a bit ingame
