Resentment | Rosalie and Esme
Rosalie released a growl as she slammed the door behind her, folding her arms across her chest as she looked at Esme. "It's not fair," She hissed. "Renesmee should be my child, and Bella should still be human." Running her fingers through her pale blonde locks of hair, she paced Esme's room as she spoke. "It's all Edward's fault! He should have never caved! We shouldn't have come back. Bella shouldn't be a part of this family, Renesmee should be my daughter."
Rosalie didn't hate Bella. She had grown fond of her, in fact. She was speaking out of anger, now and she was hurt. Bella had sworn to her that she didn't want children. She'd never have children. And so when she did, Rosalie helped her. She nursed her, and became protective and she cared for her. But nothing diminished the feelings of envy and anger towards the newborn. Rosalie stopped pacing and took a seat next to Esme on the bed, sighing. "It's just not fair, Esme," She said quietly.
