Today was the day. Hiked Into a cove 350 ft down from the path. Crystal clear waters, refreshingly cool, watching the fish swim around me. Volcanic rock. Give thanks. What we give out we get back multiplied. I always thank the universe for being there for me and knowing the it supports me always. I give thanks to the earth for being because she is beautiful and she deserves to know this. I give thanks to other people (no matter how big or small a deed). Time to time I reflect on the things I have to be grateful for with more focus on matters of the heart like friends and family, or that opportunity of travel that came up out of nowhere. Most importantly, we should give thanks because it feels good, not with the intention of getting anything in return. Love and you will be loved.
