⠀⠀⠀❛ ⠀This is turning out to be a real pain... !⠀ ❜ ⠀⠀SHE ⠀hasn't spent much time in the Land of Burnt Umber, but with all the special season events going on, you could pretty much throw a dart and hit something exciting; naturally, she gravitated towards the battle playing out in the sands. She's not even sure if there's a prize for winning, and frankly, she doesn't care. Point is, her toy gun has unlimited sand pellets and she's got damn good aim.

⠀⠀⠀Having said that, three teams of people with varying skill means a lot of chaos. The longer the battle rages on, the more difficult it is to even get a read on who's shooting at what — or who — and for which side. Rin does recognize the boy taking cover close by, though, and raises her voice over the whistling of rapid-fire sand pellets.

⠀⠀⠀❛ ⠀Shooting blindly isn't gonna cut it— we need some sort of strategy... Hey, you ! How's your aim ?!⠀ ❜ ⠀

        Forgive the mild surprise on his face, Sakura. Especially when they were last together, you were bruised and beaten — but not defeated, Suo would add to his thoughts with a bit of pride in his chest. It had been a harrowing experience, almost losing their captain to Endo's poisoned words, but he remained steadfast in his trust and belief.

        Still, while he does trust Sakura-kun, he definitely does not trust Endo at all. And the last thing he remembered before ending up in Spirale is their backs slowly disappearing into the shadow of their school building. Who knows what could have happened in those moments?

        If this were still back in their world and time, it would have been easy task to confirm upon their return. But Sakura must have been here long enough for his injuries to have been healed, since he looks . There's some injuries, yes, but that must be from a more recent scuffle: it doesn't look like there's a lot of bleeding, at least.

        "Your hair and eyes stand out even in a place like this, Sakura-kun." If it weren't for those circumstances, Suo would have welcomed this reunion with his usual cheer and teasing. But this time his jab is too light, and tinged with worry. "How are you feeling?"
