My spawn jars are GROWING
So much happy mycelium
They grow up so fast :’)
For y’all who don’t know what this is, it’s grain spawn. Those jars are filled with grain that’s been hydrated on the inside, then dried on the outside. The jars are then pressure cooked to kill off any contaminants. When they’re cooled off they’re inoculated with spores or a liquid culture, from there mycelium (that white stuff) grows on and feeds off of the grain in the jar until it’s completely colonized.
