Granite G603 Headstone Sub Base is part of the overall monument design, we can make it straight or curved with or without a slope in the center. This slope is a great place to inscribe additional lettering. You can also have more than one base that steps up to the headstone, this is called a B11 plinth. A granite base is usually the same color as the headstone but does not have to be. Some families like the effect created by using different colored granites.
