Vendemmia translates from the Italian as “grape harvest” and indicates that the grape pomace has been gathered from one growing season. This grappa is made with a blend of pomace from different Friulian grapes. It's aged for 18 months in a mixture of small former sherry and Limousin oak casks. It's so good!
