**GRAPHIC COMMUNICATION IN CONTEXT BRIEF**
Health & well being/ Helping others/ 15- 25 year old students
For this brief we were put into groups and given a client, message & intended audience. We must design for a particular client, to appeal to a particular audience and portray a specific message, focusing on designing within constraints and the influence this has on the design. We can choose any product/ company to focus our designs on, to meet the specific aims. We will discuss in our group but carry out the task individually, with our own ideas.
The Youth Group
I wanted to make a front to the organisation (youth group) that didn't automatically come across as being a youth group and I definitely didn't want it to have this in any of the advertisement. So decided that the primary thing I would try to sell to the community is the change of perception of young people. I wanted to use the cracked to represent the fragmentation and devision of society and by just using the words Fennel Street this automatically associates the street with this diversity.
There is no need to promote times for when the youth group will be active because the young people are already there. All I have to do is promote awareness, which should happen by word of mouth after the first time the group comes together. My work will just be there to reinforce this!
