Late night (VERY early morning) post because I couldn’t sleep. I drew this out of inspiration from a reoccurring dream I had a few years back. Welp, I’m getting tired now after working on that for an hour and a half (I will regret posting it in the morning when I see it again) so I’m going to post it before I change my mind.

So my folks and I watched #moana on Netflix last night. I've been disappointed with Disney as a whole of late, but I can honestly say that I really enjoyed Moana. Its message about responsibility and the sacrifice of one's own desires to fulfill one's duties as a leader was refreshing in comparison to most Disney films. “December 2018 Sketchdump”

Sketch e'ry day!

Apologies for the tardiness; on vacation, I hadn't brought this particular sketchbook down. However, for Christmas, I was gifted a new laptop, and with it a fancy touch screen and Surface Pen. I rather enjoy the sense of drawing right on the screen, but it still has a bit of a learning curve to get used to. Coupled with sketching far out of my element, the ideas at the end of the year were rather like baby steps all over again. Some main highlights are the streetlight people, a concept for a shark person, and the start of a secondary D&D campaign. Happily be!
