The sun set on an Arizona son today. Grandpa Luke and my dear Grandma shaped my future by encouraging my art, my love for sunsets, country life, and my education. He was the last of a generation, tough as nails, and yet had the sweetest blue eyes and ornery smile.. he fought back death more than his fair share in life , and continued to share his wit and horse sense right until the end.
