On this week’s episode, Jellymon again actively initiates the entire situation and again everyone utterly fails to acknowledge how she is the reason they ended up in grave danger in the first place. Well, at least this time she didn’t try to hang it around Kiyoshiro’s neck?

On a separate topic, I badly wanted to see Sistermon properly defeated, because Jesus H. Particular Christ on a cheesy cracker is she a murderous psychopath or what?? And a cheater on top of it.

Thoughts on today’s episode

TL;dr we finally get what we’ve wanted, but I think it was handled in an unfair way

- I’m still not a huge fan of Jellymon’s, but seeing her being terrified by the events was hilarious - Interesting the way that Boogiemon actually borrows the imagery of other Digimons - Angoramon driving a forklift into the tent was A+ - Ruri and Angoramon getting shortchanged hard with a significantly shorted digivolutoin sequence (I had a LOT of issues with that too in rge Adventure remake) - Ruri worried about her friends seeing Angoramon is... nonsensical, as demonstrated later? Also she could just, you know, have run around the corner vefore activating the dim card?!?! - Setting her up with an unwinnable battle also felt unfair. - ETA: I agree with everyone that the only good part with the big damn heroes moment was Gammamon pulling the sleigh - Also can’t deny Kiyoshiro jumping at the sight of a Tanuki greeting statue tahat is MOST DEFINITELY NOT black as he claims is fucking hilarious

The screenshot of V-mon with Piyomon/Palmon is from one of the little shorts released along with Kizuna, specifically the short where Piyomon and Palmon become envious of the 02 Partners for their Jogress ability and try to figure out how to do it themselves, pestering V-mon to help them. Only the first short, "To Sora," was released for free on YouTube you'd have to find the others """elsewhere""" online
