How long?
How long has it been since Yuugi lay eyes upon the same young man who once had been an enemy and become the greatest of allies? One that helped him and Atem seal their fates finally in that final duel - without asking much in return? It was not really up to Malik or his family to do what they did yet - Yuugi was thankful. As relief was over his face he smile at the other with soft and amused glance - waving at him a bit ; feeling a sense of familiarize despite the many hardships the other had endure..
And the hate that develop... The items were a gift - but a curse.
Yuugi knew this well.
“Malik - it’s been a long time.” he admitted, another sense slowly making its way through . Happiness.
“I hope you are doing well? I wanted to thank you again for what you did for us; Atem I am sure is forever grateful this came to conclusion as it did.” His eyes lashes lower as he chuckled lightly, seeing as he didn’t have to look up anymore to the other to speak face to face. Ah the wonders of maturity! It sure hit on him late.. didn’t it?
To one of my close friends that I've enjoyed every experience with. I may call her Saf, but, Anna is by far one of my favorites of the mun's characters. I give you @gravekeeper-anna ! Thank you!
