We have just proudly delivered a range of grease bins to one of our clients. #OrcaFuelSolutions is Africa’s leading fuel storage solutions company. Our Grease bins are specifically designed for the bulk transportation, storage and dispensing of viscous products including heavy greases and pastes. The bin includes a unique and flexible follower system specifically design for our grease bins. This stops contamination and minimalizing expensive residue, this also allows for bottom filling. Bottom filling is accomplished via a 3’’ Aluminium Camloc adapter and cap and bottom discharging is via a 3’’ isolation Valve. The bin lid is removable to allow access to the follower, the lid is held in place by a bolted flange design that is sealed with an insertion rubber gasket. Bin also has 4 forklift pockets to facilitate movement of the bin on site. Each bin is supplied with a 50mm pressure/vacuum vent valve incorporated in the lid to prevent over pressurization and vacuum occurring. The pressure relief setting is at 35kpa, with the vacuum setting at -3.5kpa. Each bin comes with a level sight glass and level indicator to show real time bin contents. A ¼” BSP air regulator (0 - 50kpa) is fitted to each bin. By utilizing this system, contamination of your product in the field is avoided due to not having to open the container lid and allowing for dispensing directly into the bin, also allowing your business to reach a minimal environmental impact.
