there’s like no beach out tonight but even in the dark once i got away from the light my eyes adjusted and it was lovely and incredible and i’m gonna miss it a lot when i get back to home sweet landlocked home

yo this is totally random, but are you stretching before running? because i fucked my knee up a bit a couple summers ago, and i figured out that it was because I wasn't stretching before (lol because i was lazy). once i did that, it eventually smoothed out

some but maybe not enough? i guess i’ll just have to put the extra effort in to keep it from happening again with my knees being hyperextended it’s rough
