OK hold the fucking phone it’s time for my moment of acknowledgment for a random ass thing I found while watching random videos on YouTube and seeing where it takes me;

1.) First Things fuckin first, the music sets the mood so perfectly in this trailer, with a survival vipe and rough tone on it. I don’t know if Spiders knew my kind of music while making this trailer but lord knows a love a song that can tell a story and does this song tell a fucking story.

2.) CAMERA ANGLE FUCKKKKK

That’s some good shit right there, that’s how you make a trailer that excites me. A chase scene with the camera going through the trees. Erotic, is it not?

3.) Angry Boy™

This whole get up gives me a historical hard on, because if you read the description of the video it says:

“As showcased in this video, Greedfall aims for a very unique visual identity, inspired by Baroque art from 17th Century Europe, depicting grandiose sceneries in muted warm colors and dark undertones.”

HOHOHOLY FUCK. THE BAROQUE PERIOD. WARM COLORS. DARK UNDERTONES. It may not seem like much, but with all things considering, the Baroque Period (1600-1750) was a period in both music and art where the composers are artists (in general) tried to create pieces that evoked emotions from its audience. And besides art, the Baroque times were a time of “general broadening of human intellectual horizons”. Now, this is SO important to me, because it draws a line in the dirt of where the game will go, and FUCK AM I READY FOR THAT LINE. (does that make sense i dont care)

Look at her fuckin face as Angry Boy™ gets fucking destroyed. I don’t know if she’s a main character in the story, or if she’s just a filler character as well as Angry Boy™ but I love her already. Bitch just got shot by a musket and just nonchalantly summoned a fucking tree Megaloceros from the depths of the forest and pulls the biggest grin I have ever seen someone pull, with such events previously happening to them. 

Tree bitch you’re my favorite. 

6.) ANGRY BOY™ JUST PULLED OUT A SWORD TO FIGHT THE BEASTY

WHAT THE EVERLIVING FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU’RE GONNA DO TO THIS THING WITH THAT METAL TOOTHPICK, ANGRY BOY™???????

BUT GUESS WHAT, 

ANGRY BOY™ JUST TRADED FISTS WITH MOTHER NATURE AND HE’S STILL BREATHING. IF THAT DOESN’T REPRESENT TOUGHNESS, I DON’T FUCKING KNOW WHAT WOULD. I’M EXCITED IF HE’S A MAIN PROTAGONIST, JUST LOWKEY HAVE JESUS ON MY SQUAD. 

7.) Random Stranger decides to calmly observe this fuckery

Haytham Kenway just came out of the wrong game and now he’s put into this mess. But he doesn’t give a rats ASS, apparently. This guy is the main bad ass (or maybe the main protagonist you play as, that’s why his/her face isn’t show)

CONCLUSION:

FUCK AM I READY.

The game is set to release in 2018 and I’m going to pull a No Man’s Sky with this game but boy am I ready for whatever Spider decides to send my way.
