GREEN LOLLIVE

Happy Funny Fly Friday! (it’s Monday) Green Lollive is the first flying Bugsnak encountered, and like I just implied, is based on a funny fly. Most Bugsnax do not have any mouth to speak of, but the funny fly ones do, because they just GOTTA! Lollive’s pimento very cleverly functions as a lolling tongue evocative of a fly’s proboscis, though it functions much more like the tongue of a real chameleon or cartoon frog.

You see, Lollives are a bit of a Nuisance. They are encountered in the tutorial section alongside Strabby and Rootle, but without the necessary tools, you can’t possibly catch a flying Snak yet! Instead, it serves as a tutorial for how to retrieve your Snak Trap, because it can and will steal and fly away with it! Rude!

Especially rude is that Green Lollive does this out of spite! Lollives love cheese, they can’t get enough of it, and will slurp it up wherever they see it, taking whatever poor Snak was covered with it along. But in the beginning, there is no cheese involved whatsoever! This is just one particular incredibly rude Lollive! Truly an individual.
