In an interview with Capital FM, Niall Horan supports Mental Health Awareness Month which runs all of May with the message “Let’s talk about mental health.”
The idea behind the campaign is that talking about mental health reduces the stigma that keeps so many people from finding the support they need.
So, LET’s talk about mental health: Did you know that LGBTQ+ young people consistently report a lower level of wellbeing than their straight counterparts?
