Have you see that a new solution to city heat (which is a real problem; so much energy consumption results because of it!) is to coat the streets with white paint? Supposedly does a good job of abating the problem, not 100% but still, bring on the solutions! . . This is an illustration that I dawdled over for a few years...I thought it was going to be a story....maybe the next two pages will show a city that looks like a garden?
