TOMBOLA HEADQUARTERS PLANNING APPLICATION

Colour are delighted to have made a planning application with Ryder Architecture for tombola, one of the largest employers of online game developers in northern England on a brand new development at Wylam Wharf on the banks of the River Wear in Sunderland.  The site enjoys a riverside location on historic quayside along in the old Sunderland Conservation Area with views of the Wearmouth Bridge to the west and the river mouth to the east.

With a focus on well being and the enhancing of a positive, energetic and entrepreneurial ambience, Colour has designed inviting and flexible inside-outside outdoor social spaces, terraces and gardens for relaxing, networking and hosting community events, using computer game visualisation software for client and planning engagement.

We look forward to assisting tombola and Ryder Architecture realising the campus and for further business growth.
