Every morning I try to start the morning with juice. I make it myself, it's my recreation of Jamba Juices, Greens 'n' Ginger.
Recipe:
Spinach or Kale
Ginger, it can either be fresh ginger or ground ginger spice. With the spice, you'll have to put a good amount to get the flavor
1 Lemon wedge, without the peel and make sure to take out any seeds
Frozen Peaches
Frozen Pineapples
Frozen Mangos
And a little bit of Bone Broth Protein, flavor Sweet Greens. It's a really strong flavor so I would be generous with it.
Notice I didn't give an specific amount of ingredients, because I just eye it. If you want more fruit, put more vice versa for spinach. If you want it to be more sweet put more ginger.
