Ann Burnham’s new monoprint is inspired by a walk on the Devon coastal path. Each colour has been rolled onto a perspex plate, wiped away in places and passed through the etching press.

You can see this print in the new exhibition at the Greenwich Printmakers Gallery.

Here are a few photos from the opening night of our group show at The Street Gallery, University College Hospital, Euston Road. An exhibition of fantastic prints by the Greenwich Printmakers - it's on until 9 May.

Ann Burnham’s monoprints are inspired by her trip to Sri Lanka at the beginning of the year. She has built up layers of texture and overprinted the collagraph figures, they are finished with some Lino stamping and gold leaf.

Newly elected members

We recently welcomed three new members into our printmaking cooperative - Clare Grossman, Jacki Baxter and Bethany Marett, and will be featuring interviews with them over the coming weeks. This is a great opportunity to get to know them and their work a little better, and also hear their insights into the printmaking process and what it means to them.
