My studio, Greenwood Underground

I can do both attended and unattended mix and mastering sessions and long distance collaborations as well.

I’ve always been fascinated with sound, and in my teens I started experimenting with recording and mixing. When it was time to start releasing my own music around twenty years ago I quickly realized that in order to fulfill my vision I would have to mix and produce the music myself. I’ve learned a lot in the process and over the past decade I’ve also put that to use on other artist’s music through mixing, recording, producing and mastering here at my Brooklyn studio; Greenwood Underground. Having played in countless bands and projects I have a deep understanding of how instruments blend and interact in a live setting which I’ve transferred to my mixing, I always try to find the spot where the music translates the best and has the most emotional impact, while still not straying away from bold moves and experimentation if so desired by the client.

I mix all my own music including Opsvik & Jennings’ four albums (also recorded here), my solo music (A Thousand Ancestors) and the ‘Overseas’ records.

Greenwood Underground
