How do your headmates have birthdays? Do they choose them? Is there particular reason?

Not stupid at all! It's a pretty fun question i dont think we've ever explained!
All of the above! Most of our fictives that have canon birthdays in source identify with them so they just go with those! Then, there's the category of headmates who are fictives WITHOUT canon birthdays; they usually end up choosing something like 'day the episode about them came out' or 'day their piece of media came out' or 'day something relating to them in source happened' etc! Gregory says today is his birthday because thats the day security breach came out and he thinks its funny.(IT IS!) Fern says his birthday is november 19th because that's the day source fern's debut episode reboot came out, etc Otherwise, fictives will choose a date they like or choose the date they split, if they can remember it!
As for nonfictives; same deal. Their birthdays are almost all just the days the split or made bots/accounts 🙂↕️
