@GREG_PANORA #gregpanora ・・・ Set 2 of 665x3 (87.5%). I'm getting a lot of questions regarding the CWS vs Westside thing and who I think is right. My answer is that they both are. My main homie, @brandonlilly3 put it best by saying the application is wrong. I often see Westside being used to make training easier. Board presses, high box squats, block pulls instead of doing full range movements. These movements were created to fix weak points not be the main movement in your training. It's the same issue I have with gear. It has become a tool to give the illusion of strength instead of to magnify an already strong motherfucker. This is what my quest through the various disciplines of powerlifting. No bullshit half movements (which Louie absolutely hated) just a bar and heavy fucking lifting like it was intended to be. It doesn't need to be raw or gear, it needs to be the accountable vs the unaccountable and we can all hate the crossfitters for making all the money and getting to be pretty. In all honesty I want to put something together. I'm not sure what? Strong motherfuckers, gear, raw, I don't give a fuck. Stop being a bunch of little bitches in this sport and start fucking shit up. Stop saying natty. Of course your fucking natty. U are a low level lifter. U supposed to be natty. So is everyone at your level! Sorry, rant over... #this #rant #inzer #westsidebarbell #powerlifting #love #geared #hero #strong
