Rose. No Thorns.
Perfect onion skin in the glass. Nice floral weedy greenness on the nose, apricot and pineapple heart and bruised strawberry.
Crisp and delightful on the tongue–without being overtly dry and harsh. Full round spicy Grenache fruit, a wisp of cherry, a breath of cinnamon and licorice, shrill acidity quelling everything down into stemmy fullness, where a bit of alcohol plays a peppery part.
