It was around the early evening when Arthur arrived home. He had spent the majority of his day working and then decided to hang out with one of his friends. A little coffee and chatting at a nice cafe for an hour or so. It certainly refreshed him and took off some stress from his day, so he was content for once. 

Sighing, he removed his jacket and shoes before heading into the living room. Francis normally cooked their dinner, but this time, there was no aroma wafting out of the kitchen. "Francis..? Are you home?" he called out, a small frown turning at his mouth. The house was seemingly too quiet.

Alfred looked over at the latest stranger that had come to see him, and he couldn't fight the goofy grin that came on his lips. "Hello!
