I just got the copy of your art book Confetti that I ordered for myself as a bday present and it's so beautiful!

aww gosh i’m so glad, thank you! all the outpouring of love for confetti means a lot to me, i put so much time and love and effort into it and it’s one of the best things i’ve made this year!

So I only recently followed you, but I saw the thing about the selfies and I just gotta say, and I mean this in the best way, you look like a cute young mom from the 80's for some reason to me and I love it

That’s honestly so sweet and funny to me for two reasons: 

One, everyone who gets to know eventually recognizes me as someone who is naturally maternal/The Mom of the group, so I guess that comes through in my photos? 

Two, EVERYONE seems to agree I look like a 80′s romcom heroine, which is befuddling but very flattering!  

So yeah, this message is like a golden combo of both, and you’re totally making me laugh and blush at the same time XD

I work at a thrift store, and honestly that's one of my favorite things, when someone finds something old and unique that just kinda makes them happy in some way

!! that sounds like an amazing job! Old items all have so much history behind them and you might never know what they went through before landing in your hands but? they have personality and i love them
