im being TORMENTED and it's the fucking bagpipe player that lives somewhere in the neighborhood FUCK !!!! My ongoing theory is that theyre a student and theyre practicing for finals. because yesterday they spent all afternoon playing single notes over and over. On the mouthpiece only so it was thankfully quieter but still loud enough to hear and be annoyingggg. then at 10:30pm, single notes again. This morning, 630 AM !!!!!! more practicing. My dude my bro, you, you cannot cram for a practical exam. it's muscle development it will not work !!!!! there is no point to playing at 10pm / 7am. No point !!!!
