too lazy to write it but after the hospital tommy goes home w buck cause he feels bad for missing the Whole Day and buck wants to do dastardly & unspeakable things to him (he might even try n convince tommy to bring his gear but no dice) and tommy makes the cardinal mistake of sitting down after a long day bc by the time buck goes to join him he's passed out on the couch
