Benjamin’s graze dropped to his hands briefly, the fingers fiddling together as the male did not know how to compose himself. He had been out of it for a while, his mind having become a complete mess after having spoken to his sister. He knew not everything was going fine, but when he found out how she had possibly brought herself in danger, Benjamin had lost it. He shook his head, running his hands through his dark hair briefly. “I just have a lot going on right now. I’ll be fine Alouette, don’t worry.”

“I’ll only stay with you one more night.” (Iggy)

The response warranted a laugh from the twenty-four year old, even when trying to control himself. He couldn’t help it. It had been mere days since being reunited with his foster brother -- the foster brother he had been hoping to find since they were teenagers back in this town. Iggy was here and in front of him, staying on his couch, breathing the same air as him. It was a miracle in itself, and Will had no reason of kicking him out. “Don’t worry about it,” the man shook his head, giving the other guy a genuine smile. Not much had been genuine for Will since leaving Darlington, but coming back to town made him want to start anew. And now he had all the more reason to, with Iggy back in his life. Turning his attention away from the man in the door frame, Will dialed down the heat of the stove and stirred the pasta in the pot. “You can stay as long as you need to,” Will added, not looking up from his food. “Now are you staying for dinner or what?”

Drunk

“I swear I don’t giggle this much normally”, Billie tried to keep a straight face as she neared half her second pint, “has anyone told you you have amazing eyes? I’m sure you get that all the time”, she commented, a small blush appearing on her cheeks. “So, what accent would you like to hear today? I’ve been practicing... also impressions, I do a weird Buscemi, why would anybody want to do an impression of him? He freaks me out, I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because of that role he did on Mr. Deeds, but I guess that was the point? Oh.. am I rambling again? I’m sorry”.
