#sam griffin #amari okoru #griffinverse #ts3 #ok so amari was formely known as jody burke and was posted a couple years ago #but the development was stale so i redeveloped him into amari almost two years ago now #little backstory: originally bandmates in lights out then amari leaves the band and they lose touch for several years #in which time amari has a very successful solo career and they both have kids of their own (acacia and willa)#then they reconnect at an awards show and the rest is history #that's the very succinct version of it #i'm reinstalling ts3 currently so that's fun also #these pics are a year old

#these two only dated for like i dunno like 6 months tops but they got a beautiful daughter out of it lol #it started as PR for both of them (Sam was going through media struggles and Lacy was just establishing her career) but blossomed #and they had a genuine connection and remained close friends after their romance ended #and are always each other's biggest supporters including at awards shows and stuff #i'll have to talk more about sam's band in another post but the verse is built around that basically #this song really reminds me of these two especially that verse as Lacy is from the UK and is launching her US career when she dates Sam #sam griffin #lacy maeda #griffinverse #ts3

#this is lacy and she's basically what the caption says #musically her inspirations are dua lipa katy perry and uhh probably someone else who i can't think of right now lol #but she's like a 2000s pop icon pretty much #i've still got a lot of her backstory to figure out but she had her daughter acacia when she was very young and just starting her career #but she made it work #i regret uninstalling ts3 so bad lol and it's such a pain in the ass to reinstall everything #lacy maeda #ts3 #griffinverse #if that wasn't a tag before it is now and i should go back and sort it out
