Lydia: This is my room! Say what you will about Delia, but I liked the ideas she had for this space- so I kept it, and changed a few things too.
Lydia: Welcome, ghosts and ghouls! I figure before things get started around here, I should show you around first, right? This house was passed to me from the Maitlands. You may have heard of them before, and if not- don't worry. They haven't been around, in a bit... if you catch what I'm saying.
Lydia: Since I'm an adult now, and it's just me here- I made the second bedroom into an official séance room. I've tried to contact both Barbra and Adam but I haven't had much luck.. well, no luck at all, really.
Lydia: Let's start in the grand foyer. As you can see, this is still pretty much in the Maitland's style. We sort of had an agreement, and you'll see later- they got the downstairs and I could do what I wanted upstairs. Since they've checked out, I haven't touched much. I'm still hoping they'll pop back in sometime, but who knows.
Lydia: The greenhouse was my idea. Who knew I'd have a green thumb?
Lydia: Ah, the good ol' TV room, or... nook? This is really more of a nook, wouldn't you say? I will spend some time here, from time to time. Barbra did not want a TV but Adam and I won out in the end.
Lydia: And the last stop on our tour- the attic. This would be a pretty cool bedroom, having a small little private look out and all. I didn't want to move Adam's town though, so for now, it's a little art studio.
Lydia: The study, another place I spend a good bit of my time. I'm a self-published author these days- gotta pay the bills somehow. Plus, I really enjoy the power of my pen, or keyboard in this case.
