Some posters I designed as set decor for the latest radio play at The Winnipesaukee Playhouse ... previous productions I've been part of. I was the Green Hornet in the triple feature, stage managed Miracle on 34th, and played Watson in Sherlock. This week? Stage managing Treasure Island!

Hi, I'm Hazel - 40something he/him FTM, currently carving out a life as an artist & author when I'm not at the Day Job. I like to describe Grindark Studio as the natural result of what happens when someone's raised on equal amounts of Lisa Frank, 90s neon, and Tim Burton. It's very hopepunk around here, no hinges in sight. Cringe is dead.

2. My Novel Series: Lines of Power

A modern/urban fantasy series set in a fictional Connecticut town. If you like character-driven stories with stakes that build, plots that intertwine, breadcrumbs that turn out to Actually Mean Something, relationships that read like people you know, and kickass secret magic guardians ... you'll probably love these.

I've been worldbuilding long enough for the world to drink legally in the US ... and all of the currently released volumes are available on my website. I plan on writing up some intro posts: check the #lines of power intro hashtag to see them. Artwork that's related will also be tagged with #lines of power ... you should be able to meet a few characters already!
