I wanted to spark Andira, but it seems she's a bit passé these days, so I will hold off even though I expect to 130 Nio sometimes in the middle of the next decade (I have one 100 Eternal so far lol)

Anila is also not relevant, and Vikala clashes with Fediel because of field effects

So I think Kumbi? Tbf, her 5* was just released so she is fresh off the power creep and shes a skill nuker, my favorite archetype in this game. Plus I have all the other divine generals on spark already, and it seems prudent to spark one of those.
