Monday I issue the challenges for the week.
CHALLENGE 1: Prioritize. Forget what you should do, what is a must for you? Should is what you think you're supposed to do, must is the thing you have to have/do. Figure it out, write it down, focus on it.
CHALLENGE 2: Quit procrastinating, and making up b.s. excuses. Your goal isn't going to accomplish itself. This week don't let anything stand in your way.
CHALLENGE 3: I've noticed the most successful people have worked hard for what they have. You have to decide if your goals, and your self are worth the hard work. Are you willing to put in the hours? Make a plan, or revise one that's not working this week.

CHALLENGE 5: I emphasize 30 minutes of activity, and 64 ounces of water a day each week. No matter what your goal is these things will help you achieve them. There is a ton of science to back this up, so don't forget these "typical" goals. Get the activity, and water in this week.
BONUS CHALLENGE: Reinvigorate yourself. Be your own biggest cheerleader on the path to your goals. You're the person you must be able to count on, you've got this!
