Grip break!
Grip fighting will be the death of me... When it comes to grip fighting, most times I give up and proceed to just pass hoping to break the grip along the way. It's a really bad habit I know (and the upper belts FROWN at me whenever I do that. Sorry at my abysmal display of technique ;A;)
So when Keenan Cornelius comes up with a 101 tutorial video on how to break grips from all sort of positions (spider, leg lasso, dela riva, berimbolo), I could kiss the guy. Really I could because it's god sent. ;_;
My coach said I should work on my grips. Okay.
