Murph: "I'm gonna look into her as well."

Brennan: "Cool. Go ahead and gimme another one. The DC's 20 if you wanna look into that."

Murph: *rolls dice* "Nat one becomes a 21. Turns into a 10."

Brennan: "Cool. Copy that. 21, you look into Lucy Frostblade."

Ally: "So sick."

Brennan: "So that's a small clue."

Murph: "Okay."

Brennan: "You chase her down, narrow down where...The period she went missing was in that period between finals and the end of the school year last year. So it's, like, a two week max period. The last known location for her before she went missing, she was confirmed dead with magic. Scrying magic confirmed that she had died, but they never found the body."

Murph: "Got it."

Brennan: "She went missing near Lake Shimmerstone."

Lou: *pulling out the Elmville Map*

Murph: "Do we know anything about Lake Shimmerstone? Is it near the forest?"

Brennan: "The last thing you'll find on a 23, Riz."

Ally: *pointing* "Ohhh!"

Zac: "It's near the Rat Grinder-"

Ally: "Near the woods."

Lou: "Right near. It's right near the **** woods."

Murph: "Ah."

Lou: *puts map away without folding it* 😂💀

Brennan: "The last thing you'll find on that, Riz, is in that two week period after finals,"

Lou: "I wasn't gonna fold it. It's too loud." 😂😂🤣🤣💀💀 (LOL!!! 😂😂 This made me laugh so hard!!)

Zac: "But seemingly purposely brushed Beardsley." 😂😂

Ally: *copying the motions* 😂😂🤣🤣

Brennan: "In the two week period after finals last year, Lucy submitted paperwork to change her deity starting in junior year. And withdrew it. There's a letter from her saying like,"

Lucy's letter: "Hey, I know I submitted something to change my deity, but I'd like to withdraw that."

Emily: "What was it submitted to change to?"

Murph: "Yeah."

(LOU LEANING CLOSER! 😂🤣💀✋)

Brennan: "That information you cannot find in the school records."

Siobhan: "Hm..."

Ally: "Okay. Okay."

Emily: "And what does it mean that Scrying magic confirmed dead? Does that mean like, is that something that like Nondetection could do or like Arcana-wise?"

Brennan: "Well, that's the thing, not where the body went or what happened. It was basically a low Augury spell. It was like, is she alive? It was like, let's do a thing to see if she's somewhere in this plane. That was inconclusive 'cause it's like she's in the- So they're ruling it dead 'cause they're basically like, we asked if she's anywhere living on the material plane. We did these different auguries and different types of divinations. And it all seems-"

Siobhan: "So she's not necessarily dead. She's just not alive and on the material plane."

Brennan: "Correct. Yes."

Siobhan: "Great."

Brennan: "That is correct. Any other Mystery rolls?"

Siobhan: "I would love to do an Arcana check on the principal."

Brennan: "Go for it."

Siobhan: "'Cause just something seems super off about him to me."

Brennan: "Yeah, go for it."

Siobhan: *rolls dice* "It's a 16, which means I don't pass. Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme."

Brennan: "Some stress."

Lou: "Gimme, gimme."

Brennan: "Hell yeah."

Lou: "Gimme, gimme some stress."

Siobhan: *rolls dice* "That's a 20, dirty 20."

Brennan: "Adaine, you've done a couple different checks right now, right? So, you're actually up to a 25 right now. So on that 20, Grix remains a little bit of a mystery to you, but you do see some weird stuff about the amount of bureaucracy that has appeared at the school is very alarming. As we come out of this downtime, you[Riz] found some stuff about Lucy Frostblade. But before we close downtime- Yes, Kristen."

Ally: "Yes. I would love to go back to Yolanda."

Brennan: "Yeah, absolutely."

Ally: "And kind of tell her about the little rumblings that I've had and just the windows clicking open and being kind of like,"

Kristen: "This feels...something's still there. I might get back to it. And I was just wondering...'Cause I remember talking to Lucy, and I was wondering whatever happened to her."

Brennan: "She gets very sorrowful here. Go ahead and give me a-"

Ally: "I get an advantage on History checks. Can I do that?"

Brennan: "Yeah, gimme History. Yeah, yeah, yeah."

Ally: *rolls dice* "*** ******. So close."

Murph: "So close."

Ally: "That's just a 10."

Murph: "You can take a stress."

Ally: "I'll take a stress."

(dramatic music 😭✋ Brennan needs to stop smiling so evilly whenever he freaking hands a stress token to somebody! 😭✋)

Ally: *rolls dice* "*** ******. All right, that didn't work. I'll take a stress please."
