Update to the Grails Demo PDF app

I added examples of using both the export plugin and rendering plugin to the demo app. https://github.com/staticnull/grails-demo-pdf. I broke out the PhantomJS code in to it's own controller. The export and rendering plugins have example usage code in liked named controllers.

My take on the usefulness of these plugins are as follows. The export plugin is nice if you just want to quickly get your domain data in to a CSV/JSON/XML/PDF file. The rendering plugin is good if you've got a Grails mostly app (read: Non-JS Single Page App) and want to generate some of your templates as PDF. The drawback is the parser it uses is very strict and you will run into errors if you don't have "well-formed" HTML. Which boils down to an older XHTML standard with closing tags for all opening tags and/or self-closing tags. Which means that I've had a real hard time getting any JS built graphing library to display charts in a rendering PDF. I would love to see someone else's solution to this problem.

Last and certainly least, I tried to install the wkhtmltopdf plugin in this Grails 2.4.4 app but there were compilation issues. It hasn't been updated since 2012 and should be considered a non-starter. The error mentioned the PluginManagerHolder which was removed from Grails 2.4. http://grails.org/doc/2.4.3/guide/upgradingFrom23.html

Adding new PDF plugins to the app has been unexpectedly fun and I may continue if there is interest. The next I was going to look at was the jasper plugin based off the open-source Jasper Reports library. Another idea is to try and add an example of straight iText. There are a few JS mostly PDF libs that maybe be worth a look as well. Let me know what you think.
