"Take your medication Chad, it's gonna make you better," he mimicked. "Take your pills Chad, do what the therapist said, meh meh meh." He rolled his eyes looking at his bottle of pills that are supposed to make the voices in his head go away, as the doctor said many times. "Like he knows what he's talking about." He stopped walking when he got to the pier, leaning over the rail and looking out toward the ocean. He took one of the pills out of the bottle and held it in his hand before flicking it into the water. "See, look at that, I took one." He laughed and walked over sitting on the bench under the flickering light post. He leaned his head back and pulled out a cigarette and lit up. He put the pills back in his jacket pocket then looked around, turning his head around hearing some footsteps but nobody was around. "Hm..." He shrugged and sat back, sighing heavily and letting the ocean breeze hit him.
