I just discovered a surprising way to practice my intuition: by watching a friend play a video game neither of us had played before. Every time I had a thought of what was coming next, or where to find something or solve a puzzle, I'd make at remark about it, and 9 times out of 10 I'm hitting the mark.
Wow. So after quite a bit of study, I'm feeling ready to open myself up to my abilities, things I've always had, always known I could do, but been repressing for the longest time. It's terrifying to try and let go of the rational, scientific brain I have operated under for so long, but it's a relief. I spent quite a bit of time crying tonight because of that. The biggest relief is learning that I am claircognizant/clairsentient. That it EXISTS. I was beginning to worry that I might be crazy or simply projecting. But I'm not. One day I'll get the hang of this.
