How do people who tag like this ever expect to find anything again?

Apologies if you are following me and tag like this to try and get noticed, BUT tumblr only indexes the first FIVE tags, the rest of these are for YOU to find your OWN shit on your OWN blog.

and none of these tags help me find the actual source of that picture :/ cause it surely isn’t theirs

I’m far too lazy to see if this is intended as a joke or not, but if you hate him so much... why re-blog a picture of him and subject anyone who bothers to look at the re-blogs to your out of context vitriol?

This shows in my theme, so thanks for THAT.

As far s I can tell ‘Attention Reader’ is the name of the song

It’s by ‘I am a graveyard’ for the live version, but there is also a studio version from pencey prep

‘Attention Reader (I am a gravestone)’ would be a cool song title though - I’d love to hear whatever that title sounds like

I can’t correct the mistake because I’m not part of the ‘community’ on amino apps

I really wish I hadn’t ‘broken’ the theme I’m using

it used to be free, now it’s nine dollars AND I would still have to add in everything I did to it afterwards again, and maybe still break it

*sigh*

none of the theme previews say they show twitter embeds, none say they show link pics, some sometimes say they have daypages, sometimes they say they have tags pages - but those usually just mean it works not labels on the top with amounts as I like

I can’t just ‘do my own’. I have NO IDEA how to make a twitter or instagram embed show, and I can only get the link pic to show in certain themes when I try and add it - sometimes it makes a tiny circle instead and I have no idea why

I learned how to manipulate by trial and error of copy and paste, and back when the theme was free if I fucked it up too much, I’d just start over. Can’t do that now. I did not save the original version, the ‘base’ I’m using is one I had already messed with :/

or it doesn’t know how to make smaller pics show right and stretches the shit out of them.

I need to make friends with a theme coder lol

so we’re stuck with funny looking photosets because I can’t figure out how to fix them, capital tags though they aren’t, not able to use pinned post or the other ‘featured’ posts feature the theme came with and something else it doesn’t do right that I can’t remember off hand

Do YOU know of a theme that shows twitter and instagram embeds?? Not even the ‘main’ does (yes I realize they don’t show in feed).

I loved indy/safe as milk but I missed the embeds showing

idk if mom thought storage was going to magically fill itself or what

she just HAD to borrow money to get prorated for the end of the month and we’ve taken one and a half carloads down (there were cans to recycle in the other half).

and she had helpers pack some things months ago, so she can’t carry half the boxes so /I/ did them. UGH. Will packed some, I am NOT Will (he’s gone now of course).

I told her no more boxes she can’t carry herself and we got a bunch of smaller boxes from the cardboard recycler and they are still sitting in a pile in the entryway.

Granted she’s moved all her clothes out of the dressers she wants to sell and into the dresser she wants to keep, BUT instead of just just MOVING them she had to look at everything so it took her ALL damn day yesterday and she kept coming into my room while I was trying to get shit done and showing me things from my childhood, with my fucking dead name on them.

We have three days left in the month and she MIGHT get some boxes packed today, if she ever gets up.

We DID get a carload down to the thrift store yesterday, two boxes of hers and all the rest was mine.

Got flirted with while dropping it of and the guy made me extremely uncomfortable, (I was donating all my old dresses).  I told mom after and she said “Just tell him you aren’t interested.”

So I had to tell mom about the tumblr post with all the links to women who’ve been killed for saying ‘no’ to advances, and that’s the kind of uncomfortable he made me and she was just....confused.

It was almost as if she didn’t believe me.

for the the thing that shows you posts based on the tags you follow. that thing has a name that has escaped me.

NO, we need it to KNOW when you've re-blogged something so it DOESN'T show it to you, over, and over, and...over, that.

Just got confirmation for myself that it's still the first five tags that get indexed.

I promise this is not instagram and you do not need all the tags you can fucking squeeze onto the post that you won't USE to FIND it again on YOUR OWN BLOG.
