During bad times, what's the one thing that keeps you up, knowing it will all get better?

Ahhh thanks love! To be perfectly honest, I’ve been struggling with this a lot this year and there were times where I didn’t have an answer. I’ve held on to instead reasons to not give up instead of believing it might all get better. Watching my teams get back up after rough losses has been beyond inspiring honestly, even given that my own difficulties are not athletic at all. Otherwise, I gotta say I’ve got some amazing people in my life who seem to know how I’m feeling and what I need even before I do sometimes. And maybe this is stupid, but comedies and even funny videos on youtube (of players...) remind me at the very least it’s not all as bad as it seems. 

I try my best to focus on the good things in my life right now, because when I remember the things that make me feel good, even if I’m not sure it will all get better, I know tomorrow won’t be as bad as I think it will be and that there are still good things in the world
