Description: Hi! can I request a Draco Malfoy x Gryffindor reader in which the reader is carrying around a flask full of amortentia that she brewed earlier in potions class (students that brewed a perfect potion get to take back some drops of it) then she meets Malfoy and the corridor, he’s doing the usual teasing & taunting her and he takes the flask from her and drink it even when she screamed for him not to and BOOM we got a lovey dovey draco malfoy on hand and not a single person knows what to do.

‘Aha!’ Professor Slughorn said, ‘it’s perfect! Well done miss Y/L/N!’ You smiled at your professor as he said this, you had brewed the perfect amortentia potion. ‘Since it’s so good I think you should take a little bit’ he smiled, ‘I trust you won’t use it’ he laughed and went to the cupboard to get a flask.
You walked from class rather proud of yourself, you had a free period and needed a nap so headed to the common room. You saw an all too familiar face in front of you. Draco Malfoy. You and Draco weren’t particularly friends but he sure did like to tease you. ‘Ahh Y/N, looking hideous today’ he smirked, ‘then again, you look hideous everyday.’ ‘I don’t have the effort to deal with you right now Malfoy’ you sighed. ‘Ahh but you do, you love me really’ he said cornering you, both his hands at the side of your head. ‘Oh ye totally in love with the school bully’ you said ducking under his arm, ‘can’t find anyone better than you.’ He chased after you getting in front of you again. ‘For fucks sake just let me go to sleep’ you groaned. ‘Sleeps for the weak, dear Y/N’ he smirked, ‘you’re not weak are you?’ You rubbed your face and groaned. ‘What’s this then’ he said taking the flask Slughorn gave you from your pocket. ‘Don’t touch-‘ ‘never thought you were the alcoholic type’ he laughed opening the cap. ‘Draco, you can’t drink that’ you said jumping up to take the flask of him but he held it up high. ‘Oh but I think I can, I am the school bully like you said, right?’ He said taking a swig. ‘Draco!’ You shouted pulling the flask away. It was too late he’d already drank some. His face softened and he smiled sweetly and genuinely at you. ‘I’m sorry for teasing you Y/N, I hope you can forgive me’ he said tilting his head. ‘This isn’t you talking Draco, come on’ you said taking his hand and leading him to the Y/H common room. ‘I really think i love you Y/N, theres just something about you’ he said happily doing twirls in front of you.
‘Guys i need you help’ you said dragging Draco to your friends who sat at a table in the common room. ‘What’s up?’ Said (Friend no1) giving Draco a puzzled look. ‘well Slughorn gave me my amortentia because i did an amazing job and it was in this flask and Draco stole it and drank it and now he’s like... that’ you said very fast from panicking. You turned to Draco who was still dancing and spinning, when he saw you look at him he moved over and gripped at your arm, hugging your side. ‘I have a feeling it wasn’t an accident’ (friend no2) said laughing. ‘Why- I- just help me fix it’ you stuttered. ‘I think we should keep him like this’ (friend no2) said, you gave them a stern look, ‘just for a little while, it’s the first time he’s seen me and not bullied me.’ ‘We’d all love for Draco not to be a bully but he’s obsessed with me, it’s crazy, it’s completely mental!’ You said pulling the boy off and sitting him down in front of you, ‘stay there’ you said as he tried to move around to look at you. ‘Please Y/N’ (friend no2) whined. You looked at (friend no1) to back you up, ‘I agree. With (friend no2) that is’ they said. ‘Are you serious?’ You scoffed. ‘Come on it’ll be funny’ they said. You sat down for a moment staring at Draco who was looking at you with a twinkle in his eye, practically drooling over you. You groaned slamming your head in the table and leaving it there. You may have been the best at potions but you had no idea how to make any antidotes. You felt an arm on your back and a face lay beside yours, ‘what’s wrong love’ said the blonde boy. You moved your head to look at him, maybe this won’t be so bad after all.
Draco lay on you as you tried to nap on the common room couch. This is so weird you thought, you couldn’t get him to leave you alone. You lay there stiff as he snuggled into you, you didn’t know how long you could last with him like this. What would Slughorn say, you’d no longer be his favourite student. Your friends wouldn’t help you so you’d just have to wait till it wares off. Besides it only lasts 24 hours. ‘It’s time for class Y/N, come on’ you heard your friends say. You tried to push Draco off but he gripped tighter, ‘I wanna stay like this forever’ she said snuggling into you even more. ‘Well we both have class so we need to go’ you said awkwardly. Deep down you thought this was cute but it wasn’t Draco, he didn’t like you in this way. You pushed him harshly and you both toppled off the couch, you landing on top of him. He began to laugh. Draco Malfoy laughs? You’d never heard him laugh so genuinely before this was strange. ‘Come on’ you said helping him up. ‘Thank you Y/N’ he said kissing you on the cheek making you blush.
Luckily you didn’t have class with Draco. You watched as he skipped away from you even saying a sweet hello to Harry Potter. ‘What the bloody hell is wrong with him’ Ron said when he came closer to you. ‘I- you promise you won’t say anything?’ You said to the golden trio. They nodded. ‘He accidentally drank the love potion I made last lesson’ you whispered. ‘Wicked’ Harry and Ron said together. ‘No, not wicked you could get expelled for this’ Hermione whined. ‘It was an accident, and besides no one is going to know unless you snitch’ Ron said to her harshly. She gave him a piercing look before speaking to you, ‘you need a antidote I can make you one’ ‘no!’ Said Harry, ‘he’s not bullying us, it lasts what 24hours? We have 24 hours of peace’ you laughed at this but you was glad Harry said this you liked Draco’s company deep down. You sat in transfigurations listening to professor McGonagall’s explanation when she suddenly stopped and stared at the door. You turned to see Draco steam up the window and write yours and his initials in a heart. After he’d done he gave you a wide smile and walked off. The class began to laugh and you slammed your head on the table from embarrassment.
The rest of the day was full of Draco bringing you small gifts like flowers and paper swans with notes inside. At meal times he’d move from his Slytherin table to sit next to you and gawp at you while you ate, which was extremely uncomfortable. After every mouthful he patted your mouth with a napkin which your friends had to hold in their laughter. The day was coming to an end and the sun was setting, so you decided to get away from the laughter and save your embarrassment and go up to the astronomy tower. Draco of course followed you, holding your hand and swinging it back and forth. You sighed as you sat on the edge of the tower your legs dangling off the edge. ‘What’s wrong love’ Draco said moving your hair behind your ears. ‘It’s just when you wake up tomorrow... you won’t be like this’ you said sadly placing your head on his shoulder. ‘I will, don’t be silly’ he said kissing your head. ‘No, you won’t. This is all because of the love potion’ you sighed. ‘No it’s not, I love you so much’ he said giving you multiple kisses. ‘Come on’ he said standing up. ‘What?’ You asked puzzled. ‘Let’s dance’ he said taking your hands. ‘There’s no music’ you said raising an eyebrow. ‘It’s fine’ he said dancing with you. He pulled you closer to him and you swayed, arms wrapped around each other tightly. You took in the moment as if it was the last time it would ever happen, because it was...
The next morning you woke up and trudged down to the great hall. You had no idea what Draco would do or say, now that you thought about it he might snitch on you and you dreaded showing your face this morning. You looked over to the Slytherin table and the blonde boy wasn’t there. He might just be oversleeping you thought, it was Saturday he didn’t have classes to attend. ‘Y/N!’ Draco said as he was sat on Y/H table. Why was he sat there? Did the potion not ware off? ‘Draco? What are you doing here’ you questioned him. ‘I wanted to speak to you, can we go for a walk?’ He smiled. When you had left the castle he finally spoke, ‘that was a pretty strong potion I drank’ he tried to laugh, ‘So uhh by what I remember you seemed to enjoy my company’ you groaned at this. ‘I don’t blame you I’m pretty awesome’ he stopped and looked at you, ‘what I wanna say is that, I like you and the potion it just showed that maybe you like me back. I kinda have the confidence to ask you out now I know that’ he smiled at the ground. You was shocked for words. ‘How about a date at Hogsmead next weekend and you can see how you feel after that’ he said sadly. ‘I have one condition’ you smiled, ‘you can’t bully my friends.’ ‘Deal’ he said holding out his hand. You shook it and when you did he brought you into a hug.
