Quick uneven breaths fell from Jessie's lips as she struggled with deep breaths and practically ran to her room. She had woken up late and only got to look at her phone now and was shocked and definitely freaking out over what she saw. But she couldn't talk to her best friend about it and so her second thought was Ellen. Rushing in, she stopped to calm and chewed her lip. "Hi."

It's ok, I'm not bothered at all. Just, don't pass out right away. Breathe. I'm in our dorm right now, why don't you come up?

Jessie nodded at the note after reading it then sent a quick message back with shaky scrawl as she took those deep breaths she was told to do then headed up.

George, please please say you aren't terribly busy and I can come down to see you because I'm just about to burst with news and I can't seem to get it down on paper at all and I need to tell someone but I don't want it to be just a random person who hears about it first so please please please say that you can take a ten minute break or something sometime soon so I can tell you!

Hastily, George wrote a reply as soon as he got the letter. 

Dear Ellen,

Yes, come on right now and I'll go ahead and close up, I was almost done anyway.  I'll prepare some tea for your arrival too.  Be really careful though, it's almost dark and you know about all those disappearances.  I'll walk you back to the castle when we're done talking.
