Oh god yeah I’m also like, skimming the whole book til the point I already read it to before continuing. Also if I already know I would not enjoy the ending at all I probably wont start them because all the time spend will just end in me feeling dissatisfied for ages after putting in all the time.

Know what you mean. btw when I’m picking a book (that I don’t know the story of) I always read the very last paragparh to see how well/bad it’s written (to me endings are important) and if I like it and decide to read it it’s alright bc I have such a bad memory I forget the ending before I finish the book (so no spoilers :D).

Thank you, love! and I do not have another name. I have considered it, honestly, just getting another handle for exploring other fandoms... but that seems like a lot of work to keep up two blogs, two ao3′s, etc. So I’m still lucidlucy for everything, essentially. I’ve not ruled it out, though! the appeal of neatly compartmentalized fandom spaces for specific things keeps drawing me to the idea of using a new alias. Hah.

I hope you enjoy Proposal <3 I’ve been getting lovely comments here and there from people after TROS who have found a new/renewed interest or are returning to re-read it, and it makes me smile :) Ben and Rey will always have that Happily Ever After in my heart and canon can’t take it away from me, ahaha.

it bothers me that it would all be going smoothly, the apartment is nice, i live with a close friend, my co-workers are nice people, i have some friends around the city that i can meet.

and then BAM! i get home and there is some bs drama happening yet again
