Sonorosians

Living soundwaves that had an enrichment-based symbiotic relationship with other lifeforms that relied on echolocation. When the first extraterrestrial visitors arrived, they used hypervibrations to break apart rocks and assemble them into silicon "bodies" based on the aliens' forms and technology to directly communicate with them on comfortable terms and help them out.

They can create multiple bodies by reshaping silicon-based material and splitting their collective consciousness into them.

Azmuth was not able/saw sense not to replicate this ability in the Sonorosian form in the Omnitrix, so duplicate bodies are created instead by the Omnitrix's energy-matter conversion mechanic.

Even while writing "Morning of Fate Learned", I was imagining an alternate timeline where Ben and Gwen were visiting Lilo and Stitch on Kauai instead of the other way around in Bellwood that weekend. The storm happens and the Heartless attack, the teens fight them before heading off to the heart of the storm (either via one of Ben's alien forms or in Jumba's hovercraft), and get whisked to Traverse Town with Sora.

And I guess Max teams up with Kevin and whatever allies they can find to combat the Highbreed invasion.

Just something fun to imagine.

Gryphonverse- The Plumbers

The Plumbers are a centralized peacekeeping force that formed through local law enforcement and civil defense organizations networking as interstellar travel became more common. They share information and resources and follow their own internal code while ensuring that extraterrestrial activity follows the local rules on each planet, and operate independently from the Galactic Federation. As such, the Plumbers can reach out and set up branches on planets that are not affiliated with the Galactic Federation, and they don’t heed Federation instruction on those planets or on Federation planets unless their activity comes into conflict with federal ruling or jurisdiction.

There technically is no centralized/universal name for the force; each planet’s representatives call it what their individual organization was called before joining the galactic force, and translators work so that whatever it is called, those in the know hear it as whatever name they know it as, even if the words do not otherwise match in meaning.

Earth’s Plumbers were formed after the American Revolutionary War, which was simultaneously a holy war against the demonic servants of Moloch, with George Washington, Ben Franklin, and Marquis de Lafayette being founding members, with the duty of investigating and responding to all supernatural, paranormal, and extraterrestrial phenomena. The Plumbers became a part/branch of the galactic law enforcement organization in the 1970's. Earth’s Plumbers dissolved a few decades later and lost contact with the galactic Plumbers, and the remnants that did not retire took their areas of expertise to either form the Secret Scientists and the Ghost Investigation Workshop, or join the Freemasons. Decades later, after Ben discovered the Omnitrix, Max Tennyson reestablished contact with the galactic Plumbers and reached out to some remaining contacts from the old days to rebuild the planetary order, and he was given the title of Magister of Earth.

Alternate Swampfire Transformation Sequence from "Gryphonverse Alien Force - Add Eleven - Chapter 2"

I put it up for a poll in Discord between the two versions, and the one that was in the chapter proper won. Here's the other version.

Enveloped in a green light, Ben transformed. His skin, muscle, and tissue unraveled and his bones dissolved, then it all transmuted, his animal cells becoming plant cells and forming into vines, which wrapped around and layered on top of each other, creating a human-shaped form with a green outer layer and a black inner layer that was exposed at the collar, flanks, and feet. The Omnitrix face stuck out of his chest, the pectoral vines closed around it. Green roots wrapped over and extended past the black of his feet. He flexed his hands, four fingers growing out of each. Black vines formed a mostly-featureless head, splitting to open a mouth and pair of narrow chlorophyl-filled eyes, then in place of hair follicles red and yellow petals shot out around his head, giving the appearance of a flame. Red leaves grew on his shoulders as well, and thorns grew on his forearms. His organs shifted into glands to produce and store methane. Muck built up and hardened around his viny body. His transformation complete, he stretched his arms out dramatically as the transforming light faded, the world returned to him, and time sped back up. “Swampfire!” he shouted.
