Guest Lists and Seating Charts
Many online wedding planning sites offer services to help you keep track of your guest list and manage your seating chart. Take advantage of them! I already had an Excel spreadsheet made with everyone's name, address, entree choice, and RSVP made. I was able to upload this to The Knot and to Wedding Mapper! As your RSVP's come in, you can enter them on these sites and then create a seating chart from there! If you allowing guests to RSVP online through your wedding website, this will also make it much easier to keep track of those! It really is a great way to stay organized and best of all, it's free!
